Responsibilities include:

·Taking orders from guests and serving food and beverage in a professional manner

·Handling Keys and Cash Float

·Check all restaurant mis-en-place and table layout

·Coordinate with Kitchen to fill the Buffet & place cutlery and service plates on a buffet

·Handle guest requests

·Report any complaints to the supervisor

·Clear the dishes when all the guests at a table have finished

·Ascertain guest satisfaction

·Present bill to the guest.

·Always display a genuine smile

·Clear tables using a tray

·Polish cutlery and glassware.

·Follow check list for opening and closing duties

·Adhere to personal hygiene and grooming policies

·Report lost and found and breakage as well as maintenance issues to supervisor

·Follow all hygiene procedures

·Be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements include having at least one-year experience in the hospitality industry in preferably 4-5 star hotels. Must be able to speak, read and write in English, Arabic is an advantage. Has a basic understanding of system operations such as Micros and FBM.
