We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales, Leisure Sales to join our talented team at our ultra-luxury 5* resort, One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai.
This role will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for establishing and executing direct sales within the luxury leisure market segment. This will include initiating innovative tactical promotions and initiatives, managing key accounts and developing new relationships; ensuring we maximize sales, grow business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism through the travel industry. You will also work on identifying event partnerships, planning and executing sales calls and trips, attending trade shows, planning and attending client training sessions, and hosting international fam trips.
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Sales whom is well versed and connected with key trade partners and whom has a strong presence within the luxury leisure market segment. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a true passion for people and the hospitality industry, coupled with a proactive approach and a strong drive for results!

Key Requirements: -Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Commerce / Hotel & Restaurant Management or any other related courses
-Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment or Senior Sales Manager position
-Naturally self-motivated, demonstrates excellent leadership skill and able to provide trainings in driving departmental training programs
-Strong technical competency in MS Office, Opera and Micros Pack
-Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, European / Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage
-Excellent skills in sales with 4 - 5 years maximum hands on experience.
-Good management skills and good command in the English language and fluency in another European language will be an added advantage.
