THE ROLE As our Head of Editions Site Operations, you will:
- Manage the full portfolio of Editions sites in compliance with regulatory and industry best practice
- Procurement and vendor management for all support services required to operate sites
- Onboarding/Offboarding Editions partners to sites
- Manage final handover and launch stages of Editions sites
- Full Editions assets inventory management
- Administrative support for Site Ops team
- Manage site operations team through Qa and Qc measures to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best-practice standards
You may have worked as a manager in a cool restaurant or have set up and organised events or food festivals on the operations side. Ideally you will have multi-site experience in a fast-paced environment and have implemented and set up procedures.
This position will report to our Head of Editions.
REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years in FMCG operations, hospitality or similar
- Strong team and partner communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Not afraid to muck in and get your hands dirty
- Good with numbers - comfortable with data to inform your decisions
- Strong track-record of hitting targets and exceeding business expectations
- Understanding of basic budgets
- Comfortable with shift work; inc evenings and weekends
