Our client is an investment company that works on regional and international agricultural projects.
Duties & Responsibilities: Our client is hiring a Senior HR Operations who will be working as a HR Business Partner, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. Special focus should be on employee relations. This role works closely with the Vice-President of HR and has 2 HR Operation Executives reporting to him/her.
Main responsibilities: - Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs
- Employee relations;
- Payroll;
- Performance Management;
- Onboarding;
- HR Information Management;
- Other HR-related tasks, to help achieve Human Resource goals and objectives.
Skills Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication skills;
- Good work ethics;
- Problem solving and flexibility;
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master in Human Resources/Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in human resource operations, HR metrics management
