Your day to day
We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Junior Sushi Outlet Chef to join Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi You'll be an integral member of the culinary team, providing expertise and direction for all aspects of the Food Production and associated activities in line with the overall business strategy. You'll report directly to the Sous Chef / Executive Sous Chef or designate. This role is responsible for preparing food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
What we need from you Ideally, you will have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 stars hotel. You need to be people oriented and highly passionate about your job with a great level of confidence. Good English communication skills are essential. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking and admin skills.
