We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Waiter/Waitress
Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing our Guests with an outstanding service based on your knowledge (acquired through training and experience) and on your genuine personality.
In addition to the above listed key aspects of the role, the selected candidate will also deliver on the following:
- Assist the department to drive guest satisfaction by providing consistent guest experiences.
- Consider the satisfaction of all guests by ensuring prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times.
- Give efficient and polite service at all times.
- Maintain an honest operation when posting products and handling payments (cash, credit card, room charge, A&G charges).
- Be knowledgeable and upsell at every opportunity.
- Comply with Health & Safety Policies and ensure that correct standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are adhered at all times.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with all “My Dukes”, and execute consistently.
Requirements: - Impeccable grooming
- Genuine personality with a spirit
- Have an enthusiastic and positive personality
- Must enjoy working within multicultural teams
- Profound examples of organisational and English communication skills must be displayed.
- Profound knowledge of customer service and of all products
- Micros or other similar POS system knowledge is taken into consideration.
