Your day to day
Join us as a Stewarding Supervisor and support our dynamic team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi.
As a Stewarding Supervisor you will be responsible and participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment and working harmoniously with others. Demonstrates awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
What we need from you Ideally, you'll have demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role or you're a strong experienced Junior Supervisor and ready to take the next step. You must have 4-5 star hotel experience in operation and have experience in leading and developing a team. You'll have high attention to detail and be driven to achieve desired results through the key performance indicators associated with guest and colleague satisfaction. Ultimately, you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English. You will be a self-motivator and able to demonstrate understanding of the business and link the business environment to IHG commitments.
