Complete the three (3) monthly suspense account reconciliations. Prepare adjusting entries as needed.Complete the monthly deferred revenue reconciliation. Prepare adjusting entries as needed. Review and reconcile the daily deposit certificate transactions received from the Cashier's Office.Prepare clearing account adjusting entries on a daily basis. Review and batch the deposit certificate transactions received from the Cash andamp; Investments Officeon a daily basis as needed. Key approved transactions into the University's accounting system (Banner Finance) and theCommonwealth's accounting system (Cardinal) as needed. Assist with the preparation of desk procedures to standardize work flow.
