Hotel Representative to make / confirm reservations and sell the transportation / tour services.
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned travel bookings
- Promptly address guests’ requests
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and drivers and follow up to ensure resolve customer concerns
Requirements - Proven work experience as a Guest Relations / Client Service / Sales or similar role in a 5* Hotel / Tourism Company.
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
