As the Business Partner Lead, you will assist the organisation's management with all types of integration primarily between the corporate function, IT and BI Department. Introducing latest BI tools; from developing new Use Cases, introduction of new data collaborations, developing new format of engagement and interactive reports.

Description Project management of new Business Intelligence initiativesDetermine the indicators, dimensions and work to make sure that they are unambiguous, consistent and recognisableAssist the organisation's management with different types of reports the various Business Intelligence tools; such as interactive analysis, visualisation, data mining etcWork closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee retentionDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and increase qualityCreate competitive advantage for the organisation through effective management of costs, anticipating needs and nurturing talentMonitor changes in business, make suggestions and recommendations where Business Intelligence can further improve the business process.Interact effectively with project teams, designers, solution architects and enterprise architects to verify requirements.Develop workshops and educational training sessions internally to improve the use of the Business Intelligence systems within the organisation
Profile At least 8 years plus of Business Intelligence, Enterprise, Big Data experienceMaster's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, StatisticsA Strong People Manager who is capable of delivering resultsAnalytical Thinker Capable of Delivering Compelling Business RecommendationsProficient in operational processes using Microsoft Excel, SAS Miner and RExcellent written and verbal communication, preferably with technical writing skillsAbility to lead external collaborations
