WELCOMING HOST (Bellboy)
Dream Inn Dubai, our luxurious Holiday Home is looking for immediate recruitment of a professional welcoming host!
The welcoming host will be the ambassador of the company in front of the guests. She/He is the first to greet guests as they arrive and provides them with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. She/He will be working hand in hand with the Guest Experience Maker. One of his core responsibilities is make the guests interested and entertained while waiting for the Guest Experience Maker to take over. Very attractive packages await.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Serves as Welcoming Host;
- Welcomes the guest, escort them from and to the car park, assist with their luggage, familiarize them with the building and invite them to stay comfortably installed in the apartment during peak time, so as to avoid any delay in check in and queue of guests in the lobby of the building;
- Assist in rooming in and property familiarization for guests
- Assist in QA checking of the apartments
- Assist in luggage management out of peak time;
- Be available for any other tasks that will be asked upon based on operation
- 8 consecutive hours shift – sequence will be communicated the day before in the schedule
Qualifications: - Required age 20-25
- Bachelor’s degree in hotels, business and hospitality management- an advantage
- Demonstrated experience is hospitality, costumer relations.
- Must be able to engage effectively with guests
- Hotel front desk or guests services experience is a plus
- Languages: Local language – Native must, English- fluent, Third language- advantage
