We are looking for a creative and exceptionally well-organized individual to be appointed the Executive Sous Chef for a much-awarded luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi.
The property is managed by one of the leading European hotel operators and provides development potential for the right candidate.
The individual needs to be a good and strong leader to guide, motivate and develop a large team of expatriate chefs to excel.
Previous Middle East experiences are of advantage however luxury hotel background and experience in large 5* hotel operations are a must to be considered. You would be currently in a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef position in a large operation.
Ideally you have been educated and trained in Europe/Australia in fine properties and you have some years' experience working in large hotels. You must have good understanding of banquet operations and have worked in fine dining restaurants as part of your professional development.
A stable employment history and solid knowledge of kitchen management are essential for consideration.
