Key tasks We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales & Group Coordinator to support the Sales team with an aptitude in problem-solving
The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers who will ensure competing the daily tasks, including generating various reports, show around/ site inspection, filing, sending group offers, follow up and contracts. Maintaining all records including sales team data base, offers and yearly contracts.
- Previous Sales experience is compulsory with Good computer skills (MS Office) and Opera.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication and motivation
