JOB ROLE:

Traders Club Supervisor you are one of the first ambassadors that a guest comes into contact into Traders Club Floor, with your friendly, authentic approach creates a unique and personalized guest experience when the guest checks in. Creating a smooth and easy experience for guests so they can get the most out of their stay. The sucessful candidate will use his or her expertise, as well as his or her relationships with others across the hotel to anticipate and deliver on our guests' needs. He or she should be passionate about the local offerings enable to provide accurate information to guests, has eye for detail and complies with the quality assurance standards protecting company assets.

The key responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to:

• Responsible for the delivery of services to guests within Traders Club Floor areas while maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
• Ensures a high level of customer delight by greeting all arrival and in-house guests.
• Ensuring all amenities are in room prior to guest arrival and escorting all our guests to their rooms.
• Constantly supports and reviews the current procedures and practices to ensure a high level of customer and owner satisfaction.
• Always contributes ideas and promotes teamwork.
• Complies with hotel's health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assists in solving guest problems and concerns.
• Maintains a high level of productivity and cost efficiency.
• Complies with hotel's health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensures personal hygiene at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5* hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• Good knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Opera system).
• Highly motivated and passionate about his/her career in the hotel industry
• Proven track record of delighting customer, up-selling/suggestive selling
• Physically fit, active and can deal with pressure.
• Ability to work long hours and shift.
