Bussola Restaurant is a multiple award winning authentic Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria situated in at the water’s edge of Mina Seyahi, has an opportunity for a highly professional Restaurant Manager who possess exceptional character, presence and is a self-driven Hospitality leader
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- To give full cooperation to any client or colleagues requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.
- To treat all client and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all time.
- Sets clear personal development targets which focus on behavioral improvement as much as professional/ technical skills.
- To achieve action points arising out of 6-month appraisal.
- To demonstrate a pride in workplace and a high level of commitment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the relevant area of a 5* Property
- Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a quick, efficient and friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol.
- Maintaining a clean bar area.
- Taking inventory of the bar.
- Formal training on wine, cigars, teas, up-selling techniques, cocktails and any other related courses
- Excellent communication skills and good command of English language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in computer
- Smart in appearance and well groomed
- Partially outdoor work and fit to work 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- Multiple language ability, an advantage

Qualifications To move into this position you should have
- Minimum 1 year at Mina Seyahi Complex.
- Excellent command of the English language speaking, reading and writing
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing personality is an advantage
- Multiple language ability, an advantage
- Smart in appearance and well groomed
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hotel / High school or equivalent education required
- Micros knowledge would an advantage
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage
- Thorough knowledge of food products
- Cross training in Food & Beverage an advantage
