What yoube doing:
Senior accountant completing the end to end process relating to key digital video production accounts for original and branded content, e-commerce and travel and expense accounts.
Analyze production actuals and assist with the entering, review and reconciliation of key cost components (freelancer time, amortization entries, tracking of budget vs actual by show, margin analysis etc)
Oversee the end to end accounting for growing ecommerce division
Experience with Concur administration for corporate credit cards, reviewing high volumes and ensuring compliance with accounting coding structures and accounting policies are followed.
Prepare and post monthly journal entries of all types
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
Prepare monthly and adhoc account reconciliations
Assist with financial and tax audits
Perform other assigned projects and functions as directed by management
What youbring:
3+ years accounting experience in a fast paced startup environment
Experience as Concur administrator or processer
Consumer goods/direct to consumer e-commerce accounting environment
Advanced Excel skills a must, NetSuite experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong quantitative and reconciliation skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
