The stylish and contemporary Studio M offers 215 rooms, 8 suites and 100 apartments designed with integrated technology for both business and leisure travellers
Studio M is located near Dubai International Terminal 2, Dubai Police Headquarters and Dubai Free Zone Authority at walking distance to Al Qiyadah metro station.
Key Job Responsibilities As a Colleagues Facilities Attendant you are responsible to ensure and maintain a hygienic accommodation for all colleagues. The ideal candidate will be helpful, courteous and with a positive attitude. You have the ability to perform with high standard of social skills enabling you to interact and deal with other colleagues effectively. You portray a fair, friendly style and be easily approachable for associates.
· Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOP's
· Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately made and follow-up on pending maintenance requests.
· Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition
· Maintain an inventory of all furniture, kitchen items and new linen purchased for the colleagues.
· Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Human Resources Manager.
· Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&E in the accommodation is taking place.
Experience, Certification & Education
· You should have ideally a High School Diploma/College Diploma with previous experience in a related discipline.
· You must have a good command of English and Computer skills are of an advantage.
