- To ensure marketing objectives are achieved across the portfolio of events
- To act as a change management ambassador, demonstrating a positive and constructive attitude towards challenges and change
- To share best practice within the team and wider Global Exhibitions business
- To ensure the team has the appropriate skills and resources to deliver agreed objectives
- To actively contribute to the strategic plans for events within the portfolio
- To manage a cross functional marketing team which includes; event marketers, digital marketing managers, designers, content developers, social media and an audience development
