Job Title Senior Accountant
Position Summary This position will play an integral role in the supply chain financial reporting function and will work with Manager to ensure financial statement accuracy, meet compliance requirements, and prepare the Company for growth. This role will be responsible for system enhancements and process improvements in the supply chain area. In addition, this position will also support month end inventory entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and additional projects as assigned. The role will include contributing as a business financial consultant on supply chain related projects. This role is expected to demonstrate up-to-date expertise in supply chain business systems and should be able to apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.

Recommends business or systemic solutions for assigned accounts (for example, ending inventory, merchandise accounts payable, transportation, fulfillment)
Documents and creates systems, operations, accounting, and reporting flows for medium-scale business processes
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications chelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience (Big 4 or Fortune 500 preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Teradata, SAP, BI, Essbase and Smart View
- Must understand and be able to apply basic accounting concepts and US GAAP principles
