Laisse with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening and Assess resumes through social network and recruitment portals.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers within timely manner.
Manage candidate interview outcomes and selection decision with hiring manager.
Complete reference check and background checks on candidates when required.
Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates.
Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature.
Preferably experienced with “Container & Port Terminals” recruitment projects.
