Digital Gurus are currently working onsite at the regions first Unicorn, Careem, to help scale their product teams. We are looking for a few Head of Product’s to join them in Dubai and lead some of their large verticals. These are essentially Director level roles.

As Head of Product, you will be responsible for owning the whole digital product roadmap from both a commercial and technical point of view. This will involve:
- Developing the product roadmap for a specific vertical
- Driving the operational model and structure to develop a fantastic development team
- Managing implementations in new operations across the region
- Introducing continuous improvement of mobile products
- Ensuring market leadership in mobile products
- Analysing data and identifying solutions to drive product development
- Working closely with the engineering team to drive innovation
- Being a true leader
It is envisaged that the successful Head of Product will have extensive digital/tech product management experience with a strong data driven thought process. You will have experience of managing large teams in an agile environment and be a strong leader that can hit the ground running. Extensive mobile and app product management experience. This is a technical role.
