Operated and managed by Meraas, Mattel Play! Town is an indoor educational play area located in City Walk. Five themed zones focus on different social skills and educational elements through imaginative play. Mattel Play!Town is the ultimate children's playground for 2-10 year olds, based on the popular TV characters that children know and love - including Barney™,Thomas & Friends™,Fireman Sam™,Bob the Builder™ and Families can enjoy a full day out complete with wholesome and healthy food options in a safe and convenient location.
As the Attraction Manager you will work closely with L&E Corporate Team and be responsible for the total operations of our Play Town facility. You will also be responsible to control expenses, whilst maximizing efficiencies and visitor turnover. Main areas of focus include: operations management, safety, people development and highest possible standards of service excellence.
Preference will be given to the candidates with following skills and attributes:
- Candidate should have minimum 4- 5 years of relevant experience in Guest Services and Operations Excellence preferably in Kids Entertainment Facility
- A creative thinker who is both adaptable and flexible to the nature of the business
- Proven guest service management skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
