Eldor Corporation is searching for a Accountant Specialist for the new Production Plant located in Roanoke (Virginia), where all the Ignition systems for the US Automotive Market will be produced.
The position will become responsible for managing accounting customers and suppliers ledgers, ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of data in the accounting system.
The Finance & Accounting Specialist will oversee the accounting booking of transactions, related to operations entered by the Company. The position will be also responsible for weekly payments to suppliers and third parties.
We are looking for a highly-motivated accounting specialist, who wants to join our new American team, being responsible of the accounting unit of the Roanoke Plant and reporting directly to the US CFO.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is responsible for:
Accounting:
Punctually recording and filing customers and suppliers invoices, recording debit and credit note to and from suppliers and customers;
Managing the accurate customersvoices shipping and filing;
Releasing commercial and non-commercial sales invoices;
Preparation of W9 form for Customers
Require W9 form to our suppliers when necessary
Identification of incidence or not of Sales Tax/Use Tax
Payment:
Identifying and checking of outbound payments to be done, arranging the documentation for the payments approval;
Recording payments to suppliers and uploading outbound payments on bank platform.
Identifying and checking of Inbound payments from customers
A/R and A/P reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS: Associate/Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics
At Least 5 years of experience in similar roles, inside a production or commercial companies

o General Ledger Accounting
