This is a Contract role under Manpower ME for a duration of 6 months.
- 2 years or more of experience on mass recruitment for front end roles (sales) and dealing with high volumes of candidates to source, screen
- sourcing through various channels i.e social media (most important) including LinkedIn recruiter, job portals (monster, indeed etc)
- phone screening and interviewing skills - excellent communication as the role is front facing for candidates and internally for hiring managers
- good understanding of UAE labor laws etc
- 1-2 years (within the experience above) to use LinkedIn Recruiter & Avature (our current ATS)
Experience working on other HR projects (training, etc as required)
Skills Soft Skills: - Solid Communication skills
- Flexibility to work on different changing business needs and dealing with different stakeholders
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and work under pressure
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Work well standalone but also in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
