We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy FEMALE Sales Executive/ Telecaller (European Nationalities) to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Informs clients about immigration process by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Updates job knowledge by studying new immigration laws; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Only European Nationalities needs to apply
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
