Responsibilities As a Staff Accountant II with Hines, you will ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of accounting information for a specific project and/or business entity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full charge bookkeeping responsibilities, including the reconciliation of sub-ledgers to general ledger, prepare and maintain monthly journal entries, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly distributions, management reports, and cash management functions
- Issue 1099 forms
Qualifications Minimum Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution; some college preferred
- Two or more years full charge bookkeeping/accounting experience
