Key Responsibilities: - Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets.
- Identifying the customer's need and to deploy customer engagement plan.
- Developing commercial relationships with key customers. (B2B and B2C)
- Monitoring and managing the performance of the sales departments along with setup sale team in UAE.
- Planning and driving B2B and B2C promotion along with marketing team.
- Developing marketing campaigns with assigned budgets.
- Developing and managing social media advertisement and below the line advertisement with marketing team.
- Collecting and preparing Monthly Sales data and updated market situation to General Manager
- Updating and summarizing the competitors activities, i.e. new product, new promotion, margin, so on.
- Recruiting and training sale staff base on company's requirement.
- Managing the trade promotion and customer promotion's budget with marketing team and General Manager.
- Searching for the prospect customers and increasing the business with existing customers.
- Managing Planogram and merchandising display in the customer's store.
- Managing the cash collection from customers with agreed trade term.
- Managing the effective distribution strategy for all UAE market based on company's requirement
Skills Qualification: - Age 30 years old or above, with degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experienced: at least 10 years in Pet food sale in UAE or related, with strategic thinking and high leadership skill.
- Experience to manage sales team is a must.
- Good command in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
- Understanding of marketing tools, sale distribution channel, well knowledge and experience of import and export processes in UAE, techniques at the point of sales
- Highly responsible, good interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, result oriented.
- Intermediated level in Microsoft Office (words, excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must have driving license
- Able to work under high pressure
