- Responsible for development and maintenance of full suite of marketing collateral to support existing and new product and service launches
- Identify and analyze key audiences for marketing messages amongst key stakeholders including financial participants (Islamic and conventional), regulators, associations etc
- Develop written and presentation materials to create understanding and raise the profile of the business
- Responsible for ensuring corporate website and social media avenues promote the business brand and are attractive to market participants, utilizing Creative Design resources as required
- Assist Corporate Communications to seek and manage speaking opportunities for key business personnel
- Responsible for managing stakeholders to all marketing activities including vendors
- Provide Communications support and backup when Corporate Communications personnel are absent
- Assist Corporate Communications to develop a schedule of Press and PR activity to support the business objectives of the exchange
- Development of Marketing Policies and Procedures
Criteria: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience of developing and delivering integrated marketing and communication programmes
- Business to business marketing within Financial Services would be an advantage
- Experience of managing and delivering multiple marketing projects
- Experience of developing and delivering social and digital media campaigns
- High level of creativity which can be evidenced with previous marketing and communications work
- Excellent individual and group communication skills
- Strong report and copy writing skills
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware and results driven
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of the principles of multi asset markets
- Written and spoken Arabic would be an added advantage
- Must currently reside in the UAE
