Oh btw, the role, should you choose to accept it. will involve:
- Sourcing candidates through various means and getting the role to its logical end- which of course is closure - Mission Impossible job
- Screening the relevant, not so relevant and potential candidates - You should know the balls to leave outside off stump and drive others
- Create and maintain a candidate database - Excel in excel here.
- Manage recruitment operations (scheduling interviews, documentation, queries, coordination with stakeholders, offer negotiation and acceptance) - Hands on approach, you see, devil is in the detail
- Manage candidate engagement and on-boarding, ensuring highest levels of candidate satisfaction; Constant touch-point with the candidate before and after joining. - Social Networking is the name of game
- Manage candidate feedback process, post joining - 360 degree aerial view
- Manage clients to ensure customer delight - The Moolah comes from here, keep them happy
- Achieve highest candidate satisfaction index and client satisfaction index - More smileys, means more work , means more fun, means more dollars
- Ensure that interaction at all touchpoints are at the highest level – Branding happens at multiple levels

Requirements Requirements - Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience
