Description: Primary Responsibilities: - Have complete knowledge on products prior to selling them and be constantly aware of market trend systems and market conditions.
- Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities as needed
- Keep your Sales Report updated with Discipline as provided by the Management
- Identify and meet new business prospects within leisure, corporate and hotel segments. Follow up on key meetings.
- Be aware of the competitor activity and report and file accordingly.
- Endeavor to materialize every possible query into sales.
- Maintain cordial work relationship and communicate effectively with all agents and clients.
- Organize clients email and correspondence to allow easy access for reference.
- Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
- Implementing new marketing schemes to enhance sales.
- Plan and execute all Web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Responsible for regular updating of the corporate website from content and designing perspective.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills : - Previous experience in effective social media and online marketing projects preferred.
- Relevant IT / Technological skills for the role.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
- Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Reliable and Sociable.
- Be able to speak, read and write English. Additional languages will be preferred.
