About Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island
The first Four Seasons in the Emirati capital will be 200-room Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, in the heart of the new Central Business District. The striking new building is on a prime stretch of waterfront adjacent to the new ADGM Square complex, home of the new Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. A retro-modern Chicago steakhouse, a cocktail bar, and a poolside restaurant with sweeping views overlooking the sea are among an array of dining options planned. The building will also house 124 private and leased residences.
Responsibilities - Serve guest needs by assisting the bartender and server to stock supplies, clear tables and complete guest request
- Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Deliver guest food orders and assist servers in serving beverages and bar snacks
- Stock supplies
Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Excellent human relations skills; cheerful/accommodating demeanor
- Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment
- Minimum of twelve months food and beverage serving experience from established restaurant/hotel
- Excellent knowledge of food, preparation and wines.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Italian Restaurant experience is essential
