The videographer will capture creative footage and complete editing. The videographer will accomplish the technical tasks related to production and post-production. He or she will transport, set up, and operate equipment; and assist with staging, set preparation and dressing. The videographer will work closely with the Marketing department/Designers to execute the concept through to completion.
Specific responsibilities include: - Create content for social media, email and any other marketing channel
- Content will include but not limited to: interviews, projects, villas, apartments, penthouses for all departments e.g Residential sales and leasing, Commercial, Short term hire, Off Plan, Property Management
- Determines what camera equipment is necessary and obtains equipment
- Transports, sets up, and operates various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
- Operates and maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
- Collects b-roll footage of communities as well as interviews
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Help to sustain and guide creative process
- Assists in maintaining a blog to document the team's progression
- Assisting developing interview questions and storyboards

Skills We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a creative mind to get that footage that really stands out.
Qualifications: Digital media / Film Degree with at least 3 years experience. Must have portfolio with previous films to share via Youtube, Vimeo or a website.
