Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Media and Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the holistic media planning across all media channels in close co-operation with the Brand team, CRM and Ecommerce.
You will be an essential support to the PANDORA EM Marketing team, helping to ensure the global media strategy is implemented at a local level, in line with brand guidelines.
This role is new to the business and so a highly organised and self-motivated individual is essential.

Responsibilities: - Manage holistic media planning across all offline and online channels in close co-operation with the Brand team, CRM and Ecommerce
- Create and follow up on media strategy (with digital focus), budget, key media KPI’s and media planning for the full cluster
- Overall budget responsibility of all media (offline, online, paid and owned)
- Create media briefs for the media agency (in line with the global campaign media strategy)
- Manage media agency relationship: Briefings, audits with Global Procurement, evaluation of media agency performance
- Manage the offline and online channel strategies and budgets delivering relevant traffic and conversion to both our offline and online store.
- Consolidation and reporting on media performance for the cluster (reporting to the region)
- Apply all mandatory global media tools (e.g. Econometric Sales modelling)
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (Doubleclick)
- Work together with Digital and Social Manager to align online and offline media plans (and PR)
- Handle day to day set up and optimisation of digital media campaigns including cluster markets
- Work closely with our eCom team and Merchandising teams to understand commercial objectives, in order to brief and execute a strategic media plan to drive more customers to the eStore
- Maintain campaign and communications calendars, sharing with wider Marketing department and retail team
- Understand our customer audience by working with our CRM team to position the brand in front of the relevant audiences
- Push the boundaries with innovative ideas to ensure Pandora stays ahead of the competition Cooperating with relevant agencies in a timely manner.
Qualifications: University Degree Non Professional
Language Skills: English: Fluent (Verbal & Written)
Arabic : Preferred but not necessary
Computer Skills:
MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Work Experience Requirements:
- Min. 4 years PR experience in a CRM / email / digital marketing role.
Technical Competence Requirements:
- Media agency experience beneficial
- Applicants with experience using Adobe Campaign Manager and Google Marketing Platform preferred
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience writing copy for digital channels, with an excellent grasp of English language and grammar
