Description Partner with global operational teams to help build a global data lakeLead master data cleansing; including automated and cost-effective solutions for processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysisLeverage agile to rapidly develop and iterate impactful operational analyticsPartner with global teams to support a metrics-based cultureDevelop statistical learning models for data analysisCollaborate with product and engineering teams to understand company needs and devise possible solutionsOptimise joint development efforts through appropriate database usePioneer OT and edge analytical capabilities on our remote assetsEnhancing data collection methods to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
Profile Advanced studies in Data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Maths or related field5+ years' practical experience with SAS, ETL, SQL, data processing, database programming, NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase or data analyticsExperience with programming languages such as Java/Python an asset
Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysisAble to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformationExcellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skillsExperience building and maintaining data lakes: including ETL skills in Talend / Informatica or related middlewareStrong focus on delivering outcomes our customers
Experience building or administering a global data lakeDefining, implementing, and maintaining a global data strategyExperience building robust and impactful data visualisation solutions and gaining adoptionData management: modelling, normalisation, cleaning, and maintenance
