Job Requirements * Requirements: Minimum 15 years Process Engineering experience preferably within a contractor’s office with at least 10 years in offshore engineering, with at least 5 years in Brownfield engineering
Must be a proven, proactive and pragmatic standalone Lead Engineer, predominantly in EPCI Greenfield and Brownfield Projects
Hands-on with the management of CTRs and schedule
Effective communicator
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, at least 2:1 Honors degree or equivalent. Masters degree in Chemical engineering an advantage.
Hands-on & up-to-date with Process Engineering simulation tools such as Hysys, Flare Analyzer, Pipesim and Flaresim and producing the corresponding deliverables such as simulation reports
Hands-on with developing operating scenarios and RFQs for Transient Flow Assurance, using OLGA and experience in interpreting the transient analysis output results.
Hands-on & up-to date with all Process Systems Engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, data sheets, line lists, equipment sizing, Line sizing, control valve & PSV sizing, etc
Must be capable of preparing, checking and approving Key Process Engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, HP/LP drawings, BODs, Philosophies, Operation and control Manuals, Commissioning and start-up manuals
Capable of carrying out offshore field surveys, inspections, trouble shooting, assistance with commissioning & start-up
Strong involvement in HAZOP, HAZID, Value Engineering, Design Review, Model review, Constructability review workshops. Must have handled the full cycle of HAZOP studies such as TOR preparation, Participation, Action resolution and reports.
Experience in FEED and Concept work is a plus.
Hands-on experience in Phast, Multiflash, Pipenet is advantageous.
