The Operations Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities as needed. In this role, the individual will provide strategic support to the Hoteleneral Manager, Director of Food & Beverage Operations, Director of Rooms, and Director of Engineering.
Some duties may include; managing VIP guests, leading various hotel projects, analyzing customer feedback and creating excel reports. The ideal candidate has a friendly and energetic demeanor, and has the ability to learn new computer systems. Being able to multitask, and complete projects in a timely manner is required. This person should also demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.
This is not your ordinary administrative role, the Operations Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to jump in and assist with guests as needed, a great opportunity to learn the hotel operation and contribute to its success. Qualifications - Hospitality or related college degree
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing projects
- Ability to interpret statistical reports (profit and loss, income statements, customer satisfaction data and other hotel-related reports)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to write complex documents
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with Social Media Outlets
- Flexible schedule required working nights, weekends, holidays based on business needs
- Desire to satisfy needs of others in fast paced environment
