Job Description Our client one of the leading companies which is into Security and Robotics Industry requires a Technical Manager for their operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have at least years of experience working in Robotics Technology or any related industry.
Job Description: - To work closely with senior management to communicate status, challenges, and ongoing issues.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, and driving several ongoing projects across the multiple teams of robotics engineers.
- Project planning and schedule management
- Responsible across engineering and product to drive new technologies from the planning stages to the customer release stage.
- The development of an autonomous robotics product: management of development team, defining tasks for engineers, task prioritization, review of completed work, problem solving
- Creation and approval of technical requirements, concepting technical solutions, development of technical specifications
- Coordination of work for international contractors: defining technical specifications, scheduling control and quality assurance
- Participation in product testing and validation
- Development of engineering documentation
- Reporting and analysis of project progress for management team
Required: - BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or any related field
- With at least 3 years of working experience as a technical director / chief engineer / team lead in a relevant industry
- Spoken and written technical English for ensuring effective communication with international technology partners
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects.
