System Administrator
Reports to: Head of Infrastructure
Job Purpose: Manage and handles Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Systems and all IT Hardware and Software Infrastructure Systems, include IT system monitoring, ensuring availability and uptime of all IT hardware, and server resources.
Key Accountabilities: - Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
- Maintain Large (1000+ employee) IT environments running Microsoft software
- Identity & access management: Active Directory (AD, ADFS)
- Cisco and Fortigate support
- Business productivity platform: Microsoft Products, Exchange, Office 365 (e-mail, migrations, hybrid identity)
- Microsoft cloud platform – Microsoft Azure: Virtual Machines, disaster recovery planning, backup services, migrations.
- Configuring POP / IMAP accounts for the users related to organization that can access email from outside the network through VPN in safe authentic manner
- Manage the installation of IT infrastructure WAN and LAN at new store openings.
- Configuring Active Directory Services for all users
- Manage VMware servers 2008 R2 & 2012 with VSphere client 6.0.0
- Creation of user accounts and administering user accounts, assigning privileges to users according to their functional requirements
- Virus control and prevention and proper updating of security patches on all servers as well as on all desktop systems
- Providing technical support and guidance on all aspects to the end users to facilitate the smooth functioning in their daily operations.

Experience requirement: - 5 – 7 years’ experience in IT (Data Center, Infrastructure, Administration & End user Support)
Qualification and Licenses requirement: - Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
