OVERVIEW: Our Centralia Division is growing! We are looking to bring on an additional Division Accountant to assist our dynamic administrative team. You will help keep information and processes flowing. You will be an advocate of the Company Safety Program. You ll perform a variety of administrative and accounting functions as described below and will use your customer service skills to communicate with customers and co-workers. There are some dispatch responsibilities, along with general office work including answering phones, filing, and other duties as assigned. You must be able to travel locally and work a flexible schedule with occasional nights.
IF YOU
- Enjoy performing aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Contract Administration and Job Costing
- Can t handle being out of balance and think reconciliation is fun
- Understand basic accounting theories and are detail oriented
- Effectively organize your work and can perform accurate data entry
- Are outgoing, pleasant and communicate well both verbally and written, with customers and co-workers
- Are experienced in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Are able to learn our accounting system and are proficient with a 10-key
- Are flexible and reliable, and can handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Don t need someone looking over your shoulder to meet your deadlines
n Lakeside would like to hear from you! An Associate s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. This is a full time, non-exempt position and may include extended hours during peak seasons. You must pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain an acceptable driving record for driving associated with this position.
