Requirements 1. 8+ years recruitment experience, ideally gained both in-house and agency
2. 2+ years recruitment in the Healthcare sector
3. Proven experience in sourcing, selecting and assessing medical professionals is essential
4. You must have the ability to interpret, analyse and present recruitment reports to senior management
5. You'll also have the skills to work under pressure and manage complex stakeholder relationships
Key Outputs 1. Deliver exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder management across key areas of our business, focusing on timely and successful recruitment of clinical and administrative roles
2. Provide leadership and guidance Recruitment Officers and Coordinators
3. Contribute to regular recruitment reports with data and other related information as required
4. Responsible for adhering to the recruitment and selection process within your sphere of influence, providing high quality candidates that meet the person specification and job profile of each role.
5. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers.
6. Manage and control data on the E-recruitment system.
7. Always be professional and enthusiastic, maintain excellent communication and presentation
