About the Job JOB SUMMARY: Business analysts typically take the lead role in:

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Gather the Business Requirements
- Design and document the As-Is Business Processes
- Business process analysis
- Design the To-Be Business Processes
- Performance requirement analysis & management.
- Work with key client stakeholders to define business processes
- Leading complex cross-functional business process improvement initiatives using defined Business Process Management & Reengineering tools to
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current state business processes
- Recognize barriers to improvement efforts and work to remove them
- Providing process improvement training
- Supporting business and technical teams with implementation
- Prepare RFP and run vendor's analysis
- Working with the Sales team to define new projects
- Assisting with the estimation of new projects & Prepare proposals (high-level scope modeling, estimations)
- Define Stakeholder engagement plan
- Lead elicitation sessions (AS-IS) & (TO-BE)
- Prepare functional deliverables (process documentation, BRD, SRS) and secure sign off on these deliverables from required stakeholders
- Prepare requirements traceability matrix
- Lead orientation sessions for the technical team (development & QC teams) and answer all team clarification
- Review solution design
- Review test plan
- Run smoke test & validate the solution
- Lead UAT sessions
- Lead key training & roll out sessions
- Lead scope management & project change management
- Experience in a variety of development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prince 2
- Demonstrable experience in any one of the following: agile transformation, change management or similar fields
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Job Requirements REQUIREMENTS: - Knowledge of process design & BPM tools (Visio, Mega and ARIS).
- Knowledge of Performance management tools.
- Supporting root cause analyses.
- Comfortable working collaboratively both face to face and through online tools such (e.g. web, skype, etc).
- Confident and pragmatic in their approach and able to demonstrate credibility quickly
- Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
- Experience of the following toolset: ARIS, VISIO, Axure, Microsoft Office
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
EDUCATION: - Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Lean Management or Six Sigma certificate preferred.
- Certified Process Professional (CPP) preferred.
EXPERIENCE: - Educated to degree level(or equivalent), ideally in Computer Science or similar
- Maximum 7 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business process management.
- At least 3 success projects BPR.
- Good facilitation, change management, interpersonal and problem solving skills required.
