Typical Day in the Life
This position is 20-30 hours per week starting January 2018 and ending April 2018. A typical day as a Seasonal Scanning Assistant in Salt Lake City might include the following:
- Scan client documents for our tax professionals.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Office Administrator and Administrative Leads.
Who You Are - You have prior experience in an office setting or in an administrative support role preferably.
- You have the ability to utilize scanning software and manage electronic files.
- You consider yourself to be detail-oriented.
- You have the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
