P2P Junior Accountant (Korean Speaking)
Responsibilities:- - Ensure end to end invoice processing which includes
- Accounts Payable vouchers (vendor invoice, employee claims) within given time frame and ensure quality is delivered in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- Manage group mailbox
- Resolve accounts payable inquires/ issues received
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation
- Perform month end closing
- Ensure service level agreement (SLA) and monthly performance and productivity KPI's are met
- Support team leader to resolve problems, trouble shoot for the inquiry received from ttakholders
- Develop new and update existing desktop procedures to reflect changes in process
Requirements:- - Degree in Accounting / Finance is optional
- With 1~2 years of working experience in related field is preferred, Native Korean who proficient in English
- Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports
- Proven ability to work as a member of multi-functional teams
- Ability to deal with key stakeholders in the market (Amway affiliates), head office and ASSC
- Previous experience with Oracle will be added advantage
- Shared Service Center experience and finance/accounting experience preferable
