Brief Description: The Senior Calypso Modeleris the functional owner for the Treasury platforms and is responsible for ensuring the functionality delivered is in line with the design and requirements
Detailed Description: The Senior Calypso Modeleris the functional owner for the Treasury platforms and is responsible for ensuring the functionality delivered is in line with the design and requirements
Job Requirements: Participate in discussions with the treasury business to understand the requirements discuss solutions and resolve issues
Reviewing the functional design prepared by the Calypso Modeler to ensure that it is done an efficient fashion keeping in view the long term stability and performance of the platform
Oversee the quality of testing done by Tester in line with the design and requirements
Monitor the status of the functional design to ensure timely completion by aligning with the project manager
Align with the implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of the configuration aligned with functional design
Aligning with the Sr Solution Architect Treasury ensuring alignment between functional and technical design
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectives
Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality
Work with Business representative to ensure alignment of delivery with Business demand
Leading the product teams in delivering world class platform solutions
Put in place the appropriate people process and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the BA team
Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments removing roadblocks to their work
Acquire groom and retain talent pertaining to the platform
Motivate and lead a team of professionals
Promoting diverse culture while sourcing talent
Additional Details: Graduate Post graduate in related degree of education
Certification in Financial Markets
Excellent understanding of the treasuryFinancial markets products FXMMDerivativesFixed IncomeCollateralAt least 10 years of experience
Experience of handling Financial Markets stakeholders and implementation of complex Financial markets projects
Proven track record of leading medium to big size510 teams
Treasury business understanding Excellent understanding of the treasury business and processes from Front office Back office and Risk Perspective Proven track record of front to back implementations
Treasury products understanding Excellent understanding of treasury products such as FX MM Fixed Income and IRDFront to Back
Calypso system knowledge Very good understanding of CalypsoFront to back and other systems used by treasuryBloomberg Reuters etc
Solution mindset Proven experience of creating smart and efficient solutions to solve complex problems
Leadership skills Proven track record of leading small to medium size510 team
Quality focus Focus on quality of the deliverables to ensure long term stability of the system
