Department Manager – Woman’s Ready to Wear, Footwear & Lingerie – Dubai!

We are looking for a Department Manager for this upmarket Department Store – must have worked within luxury fashion retail or department store!

Further skills, experience and attributes the ideal candidate must have:

- Experience within Women’s ready-to-wear, footwear & Lingerie sectors

-Must be very fashion savvy with excellent local market / GCC knowledge

-Must ideally have been a Category Manager with experience in Local Buying and Merchandising, Stock Allocation and Stock Management. And of course, will also be responsible on the day to day (financial and non-financial) operations of the department.

-Preference give to Arabic speakers or European / Eastern European applicants to fit the brand

-Experienced in handling a big team.

-Role will be handling a multi-cultural team and consignment/concession stores

-Experienced in high turnover department and developing business.

-Excellent people management skills.

-Excellent communication and negotiating skills.

Salary Package Offered:

Up to 20,000 – 22,000AED all included and negotiable for right person (if looking for a bit more money, please apply as could offer a couple of thousand more for exceptional individual)
