ROLE MISSION

The Store opening PM - Middle East will work within the EMEAI Store Opening team. He or She will be in charge to lead store opening/closing/relocation or major refurbishment for all suppored fashion brands in the Middle East and Africa region.

He or she will be responsible of the coordination of the tasks, the overall planning of the projects, the communication with brand store planning and retail operations, in collaboration with the rest of EMEAI MIS team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Interfaces with local Brands contacts for all store opening, closing, refurbishment and relocation in the MEA region
• Responsible to maintain accurate planning and control on complex scope, with multiple projects running at the same time
• Work in partnership with the rest of EMEAI team to accomplish necessary task (NW setup, HW provisioning etc…)
• Manage installation of all IT equipment and services, from infrastructure to applications and devices
• Manage store opening post go-live support, providing on-site assistance until site readiness to move to standard support
• Collaborate with Kering IT application teams (Retail, Back Office etc…) to properly test in advance the store setup and to troubleshoot go-live issues
• Create or update technical documentation for post go-live support of new/refurbished stores.
• Collaborate together with service suppliers and regional project teams to ensure Solutions maintainability in stores.

Qualifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate should have, at least, 3/4 years of experience in the IT support (preferably in fashion or luxury segment).
• He/she is knowledgeable on main processes used in retail and POS areas, moreover he/she has IT skills on office systems and their criticalities.
• He/she is knowledgeable on main processes used in retail area
• Good understanding of network technology, proven experience in installation, basic configuration and testing of WAN, LAN and WLAN equipment
• Ability to communicate and interact with the local users in order to assist on any request during project execution and post project launch
• Previous experience in medium/large, multinational companies.
• Study: high school diploma or BS degree in Informatics, telecommunication or in mathematic/statistic
• Additional competence required are: ability to communicate with Brands business teams, KIT apps team and stores users
• Excellent knowledge of English language, proficiency in Italian and/or French language would be a plus
• Ability to travel in MEAI countries
