We have an opening for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our fast-paced team. Responsibilities:

-Identify appropriate process improvements, present plan for developing efficiencies.

-Oversees various projects in conjunction with daily responsibilities.

-Recommend solutions to integrate changes within accounting standards and regulations.

-Lead planning and process for year end audit.

-Assist financial leadership with annual planning process, including budgeting and forecasting.

-Consolidate data and reporting for financial statement audit.

-Perform research and other responsibilities for M&A transactions and activities.

-Perform year-end close activities for all business units.

-Perform due diligence as needed.

-Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Three or more years of accounting experience

-Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-Previous ERP system experience

-Efficient multi-tasker with excellent project prioritization

-Relationship builder

-CPA

-Outstanding Excel skills

-GAAP knowledge

-Previous Manufacturing industry Accounting experience
