This opportunity is with a large fashion retailer company with a strong presence across the Gulf.
As an Area Manager you will be responsible to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets - ensuring they are attained, supervising store managers, and to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.
You will have to formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success, set standards and objectives for different stores and departments, optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency, undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget and evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
Skills To be successful you would ideally possess 10+ years of experience in a Retail Industry with at least 5 years' in a Managerial level with a proven skills in managing diverse operations from a distance with a strategic mindset and excellent abilities in financial and operations planning.
