We are looking for 'Purchase Assistant' (Arabic Ladies only) for a well-known Home Decor & Furniture Brand in UAE.
Designation: Purchase Assistant
Package: AED 4000 to AED 4500
Job Brief: - 2-3 years of Purchase Assistant experience in Fashion Industry in UAE.
- Any Graduate or Degree Holder
- Good communication in English & Native Arabic Speaker.
- Arabic nationals are preferred.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Photoshop and Barcode for product.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Prepare cost analyses.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Skills Languages Known: Arabic & English

Minimum Experience: 2 -3 years of Purchase Assistant experience in Fashion Industry in UAE.
