I have an exciting opportunity for an Area manager in a Retail Multinational Company based in Dubai. Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Retail, managing different stores and teams in a multicultural dynamic environment.
Job Description: - Responsible for sales operations
- Manage stores day to day operations
- Establish methods to motivate the team
- Plan accordingly to maintain financial flow
- Set target objectives
- Enhancing gross profit and margin by a categorical method based on brand
- Maximise store overall performance
- Monitor sales and KPIs
- Implement staff to provide excellent customer service
- Lead and manage stores based on policies of the company
- Supervise store managers and provide guidelines to achieve goals and targets
- Provide training's for store employees in order to upgrade their qualifications
- Communicate effectively with the team and provide direct feedback's
- Manage all retail operations such as audit performance, back of house organisation and company policies
- Monitor inventory and stock, maintain and update inventory records, ensure all merchandising policies are maintained
- Possess efficient problem solving skills
- Maintain a perfect state of the stores (security ,cleanliness...)
- Implementing marketing ideas and action plans in order to appraise volume and profit
- Ensure key product launches are perfectly managed
- Successfully achieve SCP recruitment process
- Monitor client service
- Awareness of benchmark: Monitor local competitors and market trends
Skills: - Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Retail (Fashion, Beauty…) as an Area Manager
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business or related fields
- Good experience in strategic planning and strategy implementation
- KPIs/Result oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (empathy, good listener, relationship oriented)
- Enthusiastic and energetic
